Welcome to Wildflowers spring 200 hr heart-centered, alignment-based yoga teacher training

April 26 - July 14, 2024

This heart-centered, alignment-based training will allow space for you to deepen your practice remembrance, and hone in your knowledge of yoga and how it applies to our world today while gaining in-depth knowledge of the body and yoga practices to confidently lead.

What to expect

With a strong emphasis on heart-centered practices, anatomy, physiology, and alignment, graduates will come away with a better understanding of how the body moves and functions, to best help others move and practice safely. Additionally, this training will allow you to go deeper into your own body, mind, and practice; it will allow you to dissolve your shells and blockages; it will give you tools to help re-inspire your teachings; and help you to step into your fullest potential as a teacher.
