Our Classes
At Wildflowers, we honor the diverse ways that facilitators create a supportive and intentional class experience, each bringing their own unique approach to holding space. As part of this, some facilitators may incorporate sound or space-cleansing practices into their offerings. We believe informed choice is important, so we want you to know what you may experience during class.
Wildflowers facilitators may play sound before, during, or after class using instruments including but not limited to the harmonium, crystal or metal sound bowls, chimes, drums, guitar, shakers, and the handpan.
Facilitators may also use space-cleansing tools like sage or palo santo before, during, or after class, to help move and clear energy in the space. If either of these are not desired by you for any reason, please speak to your facilitator before class begins.
This stillness-based practice includes long-held āsanas (postures) and deep breath connection, to open the body’s connective tissues while stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for a decrease in overall stress, blood pressure, and heart rate. With a focus on mindfulness and introspection, you’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and restored, with improved flexibility and mental clarity.
This dynamic blend of Vinyasa-style āsanas (postures) and individual intuitive movement encourages self-expression and body awareness as you flow with your breath. Intuitively responding to your body’s natural impulses without rigid structure allows for a deeper, more personal connection to your practice. You’ll feel centered, creative, and nourished, making this class a perfect fusion of mindfulness and creativity for all levels.
This is our most accessible vinyasa-style offering, ranging from beginner to intermediate level.
In this introspective and internal awakening class, you’ll release old stories from the body, explore areas of stuck energy, and create space for grounding and awareness utilizing the Somatic Practices (body-based + distinct from the mind). Breathwork helps you release patterned holds within the body through a specific breath technique, while Yin Yoga and Meditation support the integration of this spaciousness. You’ll leave feeling clear, aligned, and with a renewed sense of presence. This practice helps free deep internal blocks, promoting emotional resilience, somatic awareness, and a deeper connection to body, mind, and spirit. Cultivate greater ease, emotional balance, and integration, allowing you to relate to yourself and others from a place of true alignment.
Experience balance and presence as we connect prāṇāyāma (breath practices), āsana (postures), and dhyāna (meditation), to move energy through the body. This practice will emphasize longer holds and less movement between shapes, calming your mind and strengthening your body while deepening your connection to yoga’s timeless wisdom. Feel centered, rejuvenated, and aligned as you carry this balance into your daily life.
This powerful, quick-moving Vinyasa class combines dynamic sequences with a focus on progressing toward advanced āsanas (postures), all while honoring the wisdom of yoga’s timeless principles. This practice fosters strength, flexibility, and personal growth, helping you deepen your connection to your body and your practice. You’ll leave feeling vibrant, balanced, and accomplished, with a sense of progression and empowerment.
This is a more challenging vinyasa-style class than Intuitive Flow, ranging from intermediate to advanced. This is not a beginner-level class.
Experience deep relaxation as you flow through gentle āsana (postures), connect with your breath (prāṇāyāma), and absorb the soothing vibrations of sound. This restorative practice combines gentle movements, sound healing, and dhyāna (meditation) to release tension, renew energy, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting calm and balance. Feel refreshed, grounded, and at ease, with lasting inner peace and a deeper connection to yourself.
Sangha means community, and this class celebrates the power of collective practice. Beginning with a dharma talk and chanting to center your mind and open your heart, followed by dynamic flowing āsana (postures) and dhyāna (meditation), this class is sure to fill your cup. You’ll have the option to challenge yourself or modify your practice, making this class accessible for all levels. You’ll leave feeling grounded and uplifted, having connected deeply with yourself and your community, while enhancing your sense of belonging and deepening your awareness and compassion.
This class is similar to the challenge level of Radiant flow, with options for accessibility and more time for settling + integration.
