Rooted in heart-centered practices, anatomy, physiology, and alignment, this training offers a deep and practical understanding of how the body moves and functions, and how to apply these teachings to your everyday life. You’ll learn how to guide others with clarity and care, creating spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and intentional.
This is a transformational journey, one that invites you to turn inward to explore your own body, mind, and practice more fully.
