  • PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR WAITLIST TERMS BELOW:

At Wildflowers, we aim to accommodate as many clients as possible while ensuring fair and timely access to our classes.
Our waitlist policy helps us manage this efficiently.

    Late Policy

    • If you're late for the class, you’re not guaranteed a spot, even if you're on the waitlist or the roster.

    • We typically admit late students up to 5 minutes after class start time, but if there is a waitlist, the open spots will be filled at class start time.

    How Our Waitlist Works

    • If a class is full, you’ll see the option to "Join Waitlist" instead of "Book Now."

    • By joining the waitlist, you express interest in a spot should one become available. You must confirm payment to be added to the waitlist.

    • If a spot opens, waitlisted students are offered the spot in order of their position on the list.

    • When a space becomes available before class starts, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text and email offering the spot.

    • You’ll have 10 minutes to reply with "1" to claim the spot. If you don’t respond within 10 minutes or reply "9" to decline, the next person on the list will be offered the spot.

    • A confirmation will be sent once your spot is secured.

    • Once a student confirms the spot, they will be charged for the class.

    Priority for Waitlisted Students

    • If you’re not on the waitlist and show up at the studio, those on the waitlist will take priority.

    • At class start time, any remaining open spots will be filled from the waitlist in order. When those clients are admitted we will admit non-waitlisted clients.

    Notification Timing

    • You’ll be notified at least 30 minutes before the class start time if a spot becomes available.

    • If you cannot arrive within 30 minutes of receiving the notification, please do not join the waitlist to ensure the spot can go to someone else.

Thank you for helping us manage our waitlist effectively.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!

  • At Wildflowers, we sincerely appreciate you pre-registering for class.
It helps our front desk staff tremendously and assures that you can fit into class.
We also understand that you may sometimes need to cancel your class reservations.
We have created the following policy to ensure that you can effortlessly navigate our cancellation terms.

    Late Cancellation / No Show

We no longer have a fee for cancelling within 4 hours of class start time (late cancellation) or not showing up to class (no-show), however we ask that you cancel your booking for class as soon as you know you are not able to make it to ensure that someone else may have the opportunity to take your spot. We ask that you do not no-show, but please cancel yourself from class if you know you will not be in attendance. We trust you, and we thank you for being considerate of our limited mat spaces.

Event Late Cancellation & No Show

Our Event Late Cancellation window begins 8 hours before the event start time. If you cancel before the 8 hour Late Cancellation window begins, 100% of the event ticket price will be applied as account credit to your account with us. If you cancel after the 8 hour Late Cancellation window begins, or if you do not show up for the event, you will not be able to receive a refund for your ticket.

    Applies to All
These cancellation terms apply to ALL patrons of the studio, including those who are on an unlimited monthly membership.

If you have any feedback about your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@wildflowersyoga.com.
